Albion. Musique vocale anglaise à travers les siècles

La musique chorale, qu’elle soit sacrée ou profane, a cappella ou avec instrument, est une composante essentielle de la culture anglaise. Amaryllis présentera un panorama subjectif de musique vocale anglaise profane a cappella du XIIe au XXIe siècle. Ce somptueux répertoire d’une grande richesse et d’une grande beauté mérite bien que l’intégralité d’un concert lui soit consacré. 

Œuvres de Morley, Dowland, Purcell, Elgar, Britten, Rutter…

Entrée libre, collecte en faveur du carillon de 52 cloches de l’abbaye de Montheron.
