Prieur\u00e9 au Moyen \u00c2ge accueillant les p\u00e9lerins et voyageurs du col de l&rsquo;Aiguillon menant en Bourgogne, prieur\u00e9 appartenant aux moines b\u00e9n\u00e9dictins de Payerne. L\u2019\u00e9glise actuelle r\u00e9form\u00e9e de Baulmes, ancienne \u00e9glise gothique b\u00e2tie sur le site d&rsquo;un temple romain \u00e0 Apollon, avait la fonction paroissiale, l&rsquo;\u00e9glise priorale ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9truite par les bernois \u00e0 la R\u00e9forme. \u00c9tudier l\u2019\u00e9volution historique et architecturale d\u2019un site, la permanence des structures du paysage sur 12&rsquo;000 ans d&rsquo;histoire. Baulmes, qui signifie abri sous roche, grotte, est l&rsquo;un des plus ancien lieu habit\u00e9 du canton de Vaud. \u00c9coute de musiques romantiques sur les orgues historiques de 1871 de
